By booking with Born Ready Birth Company, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the terms below. We’ve tried to make these as clear as possible, but please ensure you have read and understood our terms and conditions in full. Cancellations and Refunds

We offer a full refund, minus a £12 booking fee, for any course cancellation made in writing via email at least 14 days prior to the course start date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund, minus any associated booking fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date will not qualify for a refund.

Failure to attend the first session without prior communication may result in your place being forfeited.
We understand that unforeseen or extenuating circumstances can arise. In such cases, where a full refund may be fair and appropriate after the 14-day or 48-hour cut-off, we will review your situation and may issue a refund at the discretion of the Born Ready Management Team.
Course Changes or Cancellations by Born Ready
In the unlikely event that Born Ready needs to cancel a course, participants will be notified by email, phone call, or both, and offered a full refund.
Where possible, we may offer to deliver the course online at a reduced rate. The quality, content, and information provided will remain the same.
We may occasionally need to change the course location, and any updates will be communicated to you via email.
